Jackie chan is an actor, director, stuntman, producer, martial artist, comedy actor, screenwriter and singer from Hong Kong. He is one of the famous figures in martial arts (kung fu) of China and the world wide screen actor famous for his acrobatic battle action, the expert of using various tools encountered around him as a weapon and action actor who has many innovations. He has studied role art since the 1970s, and has performed no less than 100 films and has received awards in Hong Kong Avenue of Stars and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
As a cultural icon, he has been referenced in a variety of pop songs, cartoons and video games. In addition to acting, he is a Cantopop and Mandopop star, and has published no less than 20 albums since 1984 and sung many theme music from the movies he starred. In 2008, he, together with Andy Lau, Liu Huan and Emil Chau, sang the farewell song "Hard to Say Goodbye" at the 2008 Summer Olympics closing ceremony in Beijing, China.
